Intro
Hello, I'm Nate Cibik
I'm a machine learning engineer with a research focus on autonomous vehicles. Please see my research blog to stay up to date on my projects, and reach out if you'd like to collaborate. Currently, I am working on a lightweight driving stack in Python to use for a Reinforcement Learning experiment in CARLA.
Reports
Multiformer
A multi-task transformer for autonomous driving perception.
SHIFT Multitask Segformer
Exploring the use of the lightweight Segformer B0 in the CARLA driving simulator.
Impact of Square Root on SiLog
Many published studies in monocular depth that train models using SiLog loss add a square root on top of the loss calculation in their code, without providing the reason or citing any experimental support for the modification. This report helps to fill that void.
