AI Medical Service Inc. Raises $70 Million To Expand Endoscopic AI

With the aim of pushing global adoption of AI into the medical field of endoscopy, AI Medical Service Inc. has raised $70 million through a Series C funding effort led by SoftBank.

AI Medical Service Inc. (AIM) is on the forefront of introducing AI into the medical practice of endoscopy. With the power of AI, AIM hopes to advance the field of endoscopy into the age of AI, assisting in the ever-important detection and diagnosis of early stage gastrointestinal cancers, the most deadly cancer type worldwide. AIM is actively working to expand the use of AI in endoscopy globally in hopes of wide-spread adoption.

Who's funding AIM and where is the money going?

Today AI Medical Service Inc. announced the completion of a Series C funding round running a total of $70 million USD. The funding effort is being led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 with additional participation from Global Capital Partners, World Innovation Lab, and Incubate Fund.
With this money, AIM plans to secure global communications and collaborations for the wide-spread adoption of AI in the field of endoscopy. AIM has already established ties to countries around the world and will continue in that effort. In addition, AIM plans to establish an in-house could-based platform for their services.
