Earlier this month Microsoft outlined a number of new creativity productivity tools coming to Windows and other platforms like the web, a few of which highlighted the inclusion of AI image generation with DALL·E 2.
One of those tools, the new Bing Image Creator, got its limited release launch just a few days ago.

With Bing Image Creator, users are able to generate new images just like they would with DALL·E 2, free of charge.
The main homepage for Bing Image Creator lets anyone use the tool in any browser, while more features such as generating images and embedding them in social posts in a simple docked toolbar interface will be soon featured in Microsoft Edge.
Users can boost their generations to "expedite the generation of creations" by using boosts, which seem to be the premium angle they're taking. While generation with the tool is free, boosts will speed the generation times up.
New users will get 25 free boost credits on sign-up.

Because Bing Image Creator uses DALL·E 2, all creations are subject to their terms of use and that includes any content filters or restrictions you would expect, in addition to Microsoft's own terms. Additionally, this launch is limited to select regions with the plan to expand over time, so if you're not able to use it right now, be sure to check back in the future.
