NotCo Raises $70 Million To Accelerate AI Adoption In Plant-Based Food R&D
NotCo, creator of many plant-based food products, has raised $70 million through a Series D funding round, using the money to push a new B2B platform for the adoption of AI in plant-based food R&D.

NotCo is aiming to fully replicate the experience of eating animal-based foods like milk, beef, and chicken in wholly plant-based foods. Already partnered with numerous companies to bring the plant-based foods to consumer, they are now looking to work more closely with other companies in the development of these foods.
A new business-to-business platform is in the works which will lend NotCo's own technologies, including proprietary artificial intelligence solutions, to other business with the aim to create more plant-based alternative to animal-based foods.
Who's funding NotCo and where's the money going?
NotCo is deep into the funding cycle, with today's announcement of a Series D funding round of $70 million. The funding round was led by Princeville Capital with participation from Jeff Bezos through Bezos Expeditions, Tiger Global, L Catterton, Kaszek Ventures, Future Positive, The Craftory, as well as Marcos Galperin.
This money will be used to develop their new B2B platform, accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence in the world of plant-based food R&D.
