First plot shows the average validation F1 across all 5 models for timepoint classifiers vs diet classifiers for each embedding space. The next three graphs are the parameter importance. Correlation is simply the linear correlation and importance is determined using a random forest. Lastly is a table showing the scores and the hyperparmeters found through CV for each model.
