Scatter Plots

Here's an example scatter plot. Click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of a panel to edit the settings. In the settings modal, a few neat features include:

1. Plot the min, max, and average
2. Custom metadata tooltips
3. Control point colors
4. Set axes ranges
5. Switch axes to log scale by clicking the button to the right of the axis min and max
