Travel to EGE airport and get transported to the Lodge. Settle in, unwind, and kick off the weekend with a curated welcome experience.
Saturday
Spend the day on the slopes with a skilled guide matched to your ski experience, or indulge in R&R activities at the lodge. Connect over meals, unwind at après-ski happy hour, and end the night with a special dinner, fireside s’mores, and curated experiences.
Sunday
Sleep in or join us for restorative yoga. We’ll recount the adventures and learnings over a farewell brunch before heading home.
Travel
Arrival
Arrive Friday between 1– 4:00 PM. Settle in and get fitted for skis.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, followed by a Welcome Happy Hour at 5PM
Departure
Check-out is at 12:00 PM on Sunday after brunch.
The hotel can store luggage if you leaving later.
Travel
Airport transportation will be arranged to and from the based on the details shared via email.

Non-skiers

How do the experience signs up work?
Depending on your RSVP, we’ll arrange everything from gear to lessons to guides for you. Pick up gear at the Lodge’s shop before walking the 2 min path over to Gondola One!
More advanced/expert skiers will be taken backcountry skiing.
What should I pack?
Please pack comfortable ski/snowboard attire, casual clothes for meals, and gym wear if you plan to use the fitness center or attend yoga. All equipment will be provided for skiing and snowboarding.
What’s included or not?
- Included: Lift tickets, ski gear, lessons, guides, airport and experience transportation, meals, and happy hour drinks.
- Not included: Spa services, flights and room incidentals. Please have a card on file at check-in.
What is the transportation to the airport?
Transportation to and from the airport will be arranged for you. Each group will receive a calendar invite with details on travel companions and key arrival/departure information.
